Michael D. Molloy
Michael Molloy is an associate at Marcotte Law Firm. His practice focuses on Personal Injury Law, Workers Compensation, Criminal Law, Family Law, Estate Planning, and Taxation. Mike is admitted to practice in the State courts of Massachusetts and Connecticut, the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, and the United States Tax Court.
Mike is a 2010 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he earned a certificate in Tax Studies, and a 2007 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross. While at UConn Law, Mike pursued a wide array of opportunities. He represented low income taxpayers in disputes with the IRS, he worked for the Connecticut State’s Attorney’s office, and he clerked for a Judge in the Connecticut Superior Court. Currently, Mike is pursuing a Legal Masters degree from the Graduate Tax Program at Boston University School of Law. He will use this additional legal degree to maximize his ability to represent clients both in Estate Planning, as well as with tax controversies against the Internal Revenue Service and State Revenue Agencies, including the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
Attorney Molloy is an active member of the Greater Lowell Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, as well as the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
